Had a good breakfast at 3 am. Will probably have another one later because it's a long time til lunch.

I'm going to say the cheesecake was a healthy breakfast because it was made w/ ricotta cheese.. 😋

Breakfast for lunch. More diamonds. Of course I didn't have to eat any lunch. I could have eaten a more satiating breakfast. But I love to eat. ❤️. I love good food. The person who eats the most good food and still loses weight, wins!
Might not work for you. But it works for me! 90+ pounds down. 3+ pounds to go. Losing weight at the speed of a slow snail, smiling all the way! 😃

I just got up. It will be a peach ring protein drink while I workout. Afterwards, cheesy scrambled ham and eggs.1

Have been skipping breakfast lately. Had annual blood tests this morning, so nothing after 6 pm last night.not even water this morning. After, hungry as a bear. Went the whole 9 yards. Wendy's bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, fried potatoes (so good.) And of course, coffee with milk. That's not even a once a month treat. Maybe once in a lifetime. I hate to see the damage. My soul needed it.1
