    I usually have the same thing every morning: a protein shake made with milk, oatmeal, a protein bar, peanut butter, and coffee. Usually I’ll have 70 to 80 grams of protein before 12pm

    Nothing yet! I do a late breakfast/early lunch since I'm doing the 18:6 IF plan. But today's food will be Lemon chicken with basmati rice.

    I'm almost out of coffee and out of half&half, so had 2 cups green tea this morning. About to eat a turkey and cheese sandwich with supergreens.

    My usual breakfast every day:

    0.75 cups oatmeal + 0.25 cups frozen blueberries + 1.1 cups 2% milk (not water obviously, I'm not a savage).
    0.75 scoop whey protein powder with water (taken separately).

    Total 36g protein, 486 calories.
