Went to Dunkin for a wake up wrap. They were out. How dare they sell mine to someone else! They knew I was coming! 😉
I had egg and cheese on a bagel. It was good, but way too many calories for something that's OK, and not EXACTLY what I wanted.
Coffee with heavy cream--cause it's Christmas. WOW! Cream has how many calories?!? Lesson learned.

Dunkin avocado toast. Read a review yesterday that said it was out of this world fantastic. Meh. Good sourdough toast covered in avocado, lightly sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Good, but just good.
    Coffee with protein milk.

Yeah, it is okay..a little overpriced in my opinion!

Sugar coffee latte, homemade gingerbread muffin with butter, and Chobani oat nog..the only eggnog the store had left, but surprisingly delicious! 💕

    Christmas 🎄 morning!
Steak, eggs, potatoes. Coffee with milk. Planned to have something sweet later, because it's 🎄, but I was too full.

    Minestrone couscous
(Started as minestrone soup, added too much couscous - now it’s minestrone couscous lol) the couscous absorbed all the liquid. Pretty tasty though. 😋

Rolled oats with vanilla and stevia. Yum! I was going to look for peaches but I was so sore from yesterdays walk I couldn't bend down to look in the pantry. Lol.

Always have Oatmeal. Low sugar variety. May not be the best because it's instant, but not the worst.

If you have an insulated food jar, you can easily do one better. You don't even really need the food jar, but try this:

In the evening, preheat the food jar with boiling water. You'll want a food jar about the same size as the amount of oats you'll cook. More thermal mass will stay hot longer. Pour out the boiling water, then add rolled oats and more boiling water. Put the lid on. In the morning, you'll have hot oatmeal. I used to have a roommate that would even get his started in the morning when he got up, and it was ready to eat when he was showered and dressed. You can also just put some water on the boil, toss in some oats, put on the lid, and go away for a half hour. No more cooking needed. The oats really are much more delicious.
