I'm Carnivore, so today was 4 pieces of sugar-free bacon, and 4 egg yolks pan-fried in butter. MMM so good.

Why don't you eat the whites?

I woke up early today, but wasn't hungry, so water only.
I love being retired! If you're not hungry, don't eat. You don't have to worry "will I be hungry at 10 am and wish I had eaten breakfast? If I eat, will I be miserably full all morning? " just go with the flow.

Coffee with almond creamer and chocolate peanut butter chia seed pudding with granola. Dr told me to up my fibre and reduce my saturated fat. Good ol' familial high cholesterol got me.

I find it affects the inflammation in my body and I feel better when I remove them. I also had a food sensitivity test done a few years ago and found I was sensitive to them in the first place.

Couldn't sleep. Nothing in the fridge. So at 3:30 am went to McDonald's for a double cheeseburger. Paying for it bigtime! I hope I remember to never do that again.

I am learning to eat sugar free Greek yoghurt. It’s been a challenge. Adding walnuts, berries, hemp hearts and chia seeds. Keeps me full until lunch. Weekends it’s all about avocado toast on keto bread. A cup of mushroom coffee daily too.
