Pineapple upside-down 🍍 cake. Then a protein Pancake with cream cheese, turkey 🥓, coffee with protein milk at 4am. I need sleep! Not food2 -

Woke up roaring hungry. Had a lunch maker while deciding what to eat. Now can make a better decision. Maybe Dunkin wake up wrap And coffee?1

Made some savory turkey muffins, froze some, left some in the fridge for breakfasts. So good!
Had a big one, then another big one.
Still need a Dunkin iced coffee.0 -
3am and I haven't slept. So of course I went to McDonald's. For coffee! Came home and had one of my 100 calorie muffins to go with it! Hurray for me, finally finding a way to handle it, 20 pounds up. The gain stops now!2

Coffee.. I haven't had an appetite here, lately, because it is sooo hot and humid. I have some leftover massaman curry w/tofu from last night I'll probably eat at some point this morning.2

Yesterday my first meal was left over jerk chicken, legs and thigh, 4 poached eggs, about a cup of left over broccoli, sparkling water and finished with a double espresso.1

Still dealing with withdrawal from blood pressure medication, 😒 but blood pressure is behaving and weight is going down. 7 pounds down as fast and easy as it went 10 pounds up, so not bad overall. Happy 😄 about that.
