two on the go sausage patties and scrambled eggs. I for sure will not be doing it again I didn't realize how much sodium was in the patties! yikes!1

I have egg whites, half an avocado, some type of fruit, sometimes toast with butter or honey, and water. Or I have oatmeal with a banana and walnuts and a glass of water.1

I've been doing oats with frozen blueberries & whole milk. Either Purely Elizabeth Superfood Oats or Bobs Red Mill Scottish Oats. Coffee & cream alongside.1
