Dunkin sourdough sandwich and fresh hot coffee (they made it fresh for me).1 -
Having a cup of coffee..meeting someone in a bit @ cafe.. probably a typical Southern breakfast- biscuit/gravy, eggs with American cheese, and grits loaded with butter (and lots of pepper, my nonsouthern addition) 😋1

A bowl with leftover taco meat, scrambled eggs, pico, little shredded cheese and avocado.1

Protein scrambled eggs (2 eggs, 1 tbsp cottage cheese, 1 tbsp shredded cheese) with fresh mango and watermelon on the side. I'm a slow eater so I started the meal off with black coffee and than about halfway through my meal I made an unsweetened iced matcha with oatmilk.1

I had two boiled eggs, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 15 red grapes to sweeten, flaxseed, half of small avocado. 425 calories. Keeps me full until the next meal2

New way for old foods.
Cheese in the bottom of the pan. Eggs on top. Cook until cheese is brown, egg cooked. Fold over, cool until cheese gets firm, eat like a sandwich. I liked the crispy cheese!4 -
One of my favorite Summertime breakfasts, chopped nectarine (or peach) cooked with a 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats. Two scoops of Terra's Vanilla Whey blended with water.1

Another no sleep night.
About 4am I finally gave up, got dressed, had a chicken salad sandwich on a low carb flat out so I wouldn't do McDonald's, went to OnCue for coffee, added a 500 calorie Cosmic brownie.
Bad girl! No, no!
I know there are no bad foods, but 500 calories of sugar you don't really, really love at 4am out of frustration is a bad choice.2 -

It wasn't the brownie. It was the walk from the coffee to the register, which goes right by the Little Debbie and Hostess snacks. Could just as easily have been chips on the next aisle or cracker snacks or candy bars on the third aisle. Just frustration.1 -

Yes, but under sleep causes fatigue, which both makes the body seek energy and reduces willpower, and makes the brownie choice more likely because food is energy and sugar is fast energy. It's a blip in the big picture, of course. Hang in there.1 -

I often have dinner leftovers! I know that’s weird but I’ve become intolerant to eggs and I’m too sensitive to things like oatmeal blood sugar-wise, so I often end up eating something like rice and protein and vegetables, or a small portion of something plus a protein shake.1

I started drinking my coffee black over ice. So that and after I do my walk/jog I'm going to eat special k cereal and nonfat greek yogurt with fruit.1

Over 1000 calories between 2am and 5am. Sandwich, crackers and almond butter, crackers and peanut butter, etc. On my way to Wally World to find mild sleep help. Tomorrow a normal breakfast at a normal time!1
