    I had pork belly slices, turns out I'm not a fan of pork. It has a really strong, deep flavour that I don't like.

    I love pork chops, refuse to eat pork belly, dont like pork sausage, like, don't love turkey sausage. Lol

    Just a plain taco shell filled with an egg and egg white. Boring but filling. Coffee with oatmeal cookie protein drink. I've been using horchata flavored protein drink. So good!

    I haven't broken my fast yet. When I do around 6PM tonight, it will likely be a pound of ground beef cooked in whatever way is convenient, 3-4 eggs, and maybe some cheese. That will be my food for the day. Quick, easy, and filling.

    2 slices Aldi's Specialty Select sourdough bread (1 large slice, 1 small) toasted and topped with a little bit of butter, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and half an avocado topped off everything bagel seasoning.
    SO good, high protein and very filling!
