Down 1.5 - slowed down with less time to go walking but slow progress is still progress.

Ended this week down 1 lb. Back to being fully scheduled, so eating right will take a little more planning now.

Down 1.5 this week and hit my next goal - same weight as grade 12, last time I saw that number was March 2019. Still not a healthy weight, but a big mental milestone. 3.5 lb to the lowest weight I have recorded in my MFP history. ... Also, turns out this activity feed automatically deletes posts when they are 60 days old, making it even more of a joke that they pushed so hard to recommend it as an alternative to the newsfeed we used every day to keep in touch.

2.5 lb this week. Some weeks feel like such a frustrating slog but other times you get that sudden drop that tells you things are happening even when you don't see it. Stay the course.

Up and down the same pound now for two weeks - but still down 4.5 from two weeks ago, so that's a win. Heat + schedule changes + stressful distractions = less consistency in walking, so fixing that is this week's goal.

Down 4 lb this week Super stressful week where I thought for sure I would end up holding or gaining, so yay!

Down 2 lb this week. Spent all week volunteering full days at a church summer camp, logging over 5000 steps every day. Fun, but oh so tired.

Indian food for supper two nights in a row = major water retention Down a pound and a half on Friday but up a pound today. Whoops.

Down a half a pound this week. Such slow progress, but it is progress nonetheless.

Frustrating week of being up and down every day but ending in the same place I started the week. Wins, though: logged every day, stayed within my fiber and sugar goals, didn't eat at night, and walked every day except a couple of days when it was hazardously smoky outside combined with a heat wave. And I didn't gain, just didn't go down.
