Down 30 lb since June, and a total of 40 lb since my high in August 2022. 6 lb to the next target - "overweight" instead of "obese" - and 20 lb to my first soft goal.

    Still plodding along at a reasonable 1-2 lbs a week. There's less motivation to keep a diary here knowing that it just autodeletes after 90 days, but the milestone of reaching my lowest recorded weight since joining MFP is worthy of documenting. Even temporarily. :)

    Down 1.5 - slowed down with less time to go walking but slow progress is still progress.

    Ended this week down 1 lb. Back to being fully scheduled, so eating right will take a little more planning now.

    Down 1.5 this week and hit my next goal - same weight as grade 12, last time I saw that number was March 2019. Still not a healthy weight, but a big mental milestone. 3.5 lb to the lowest weight I have recorded in my MFP history. ... Also, turns out this activity feed automatically deletes posts when they are 60 days old, making it even more of a joke that they pushed so hard to recommend it as an alternative to the newsfeed we used every day to keep in touch.

    2.5 lb this week. Some weeks feel like such a frustrating slog but other times you get that sudden drop that tells you things are happening even when you don't see it. Stay the course.

    Up and down the same pound now for two weeks - but still down 4.5 from two weeks ago, so that's a win. Heat + schedule changes + stressful distractions = less consistency in walking, so fixing that is this week's goal.
