  • Some entries are per 1 gram and some are per 100 grams. Usually this happens to me when I mix them up. If all my calories suddenly disappear, it's invariably because my log thinks I just had 9000 grams of carrots with my hummus.
  • My baby is 9 months old and mostly still nursing and I'm losing while eating 2300 calories before exerise. I'd definitely up my calories. I was losing way too much at 1900 calories too.
  • I wouldn't risk cutting calories at three weeks when breastfeeding. Your body needs those calories to feed your baby. Also, you don't know what your body is going to do.
