Thats awesome! My first child it was hard to lose the wright but I worked out before having my 2nd and made it a little easier to lose. I still struggle but Ill get there. Keep up the awesome progress.

I dont eat when I wake up. I drink my bcaas then workout. I also dont eat after 8 pm. I think it helps burn fat. Some people cant handle not having something light before a workout but Im not usually hungry first thing so I just workout.

I use dumbells and fit bands. I do have more in my home gym but those are your best things to buy.

I lift 6 days a week but on leg days i dont run. I do 30 minutes cardio before i lift otherwise i dont have the energy after.

I do my own workouts now! I love strength training. Results are what make it worth it. Give it time and be patient
