I've actually been reading a lot about thyroid problems and I think that may be part of this issue, I was sort of fishing to see if it came up. My periods are also irregular, I'm tired and I have bags under my eyes which are all symptoms

I don't weigh my food but I do log everything I eat. For example today I had: Banana and Greek yogurt for breakfast 1 cup broccoli 1cup carrots 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1avocado 1flour tortilla 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
