I've always been fairly petite, ranging from 125 to 145. Last year I was the healthiest I've ever been at roughly 130 of mostly lean, toned muscle. Then...I started gaining weight. My boyfriend and I had recently moved in together and I sort of chalked it up to honeymoon weight. It wasn't. I gained 30 pounds seemingly overnight even though I was still eating relatively healthy and was still maintaining at least moderate exercise.
I've tried recently to start losing weight. I've been restricting my calories to 1200 a day and usually ride my bike for an hour or so a day plus do some sort of stretching or yoga. (Basically what I've always done) but somehow I'm not losing any weight. It's been almost a month now and I've lost two pounds (that was the first week)
Am I doing something wrong? Is there something wrong with me?

Are you weighing and logging all your food accurately?

I don't weigh my food but I do log everything I eat. For example today I had:
Banana and Greek yogurt for breakfast
    1 cup broccoli
    1cup carrots
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1avocado
    1flour tortilla
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese

I highly recommend weighing your food. Using cups and measuring spoons for solids is notoriously unreliable. You wouldn't believe how much cheese I can jam into a 1/4 cup.

If I were you, I'd see a doctor. I had a period where I gained no matter what I did or how healthy I ate, followed by a period where I just said, "Screw all this trying for nothing," and I packed on even MORE weight. It turned out to be my thyroid. Once I got that balanced, diet and exercise worked for me again.

I've actually been reading a lot about thyroid problems and I think that may be part of this issue, I was sort of fishing to see if it came up. My periods are also irregular, I'm tired and I have bags under my eyes which are all symptoms

Get your levels checked before changing anything. Really important to have a physical and full metabolic panel.

I'd start weighing your food and getting accurate with your logging. You're probably eating a lot more calories than you think you are. Common thing - it can be a huge eye opener to see what we thought was one amount is really a lot more than that.
