I am a nurse so I work 3 12-13 hr shifts so it's nearly impossible to eat frequent small meals and then the gift shop or tim's is calling my name and as adhd my impulsiveness shows up 100% :-) Not expecting someone to hold my hand just didn't know if someone had some good ideas.
