  • Hi! I am joining you guys! Walking is my fave. Love walking on pretty trails and parks with my doggie! I work in a hospital (desk job) so I try to do a 2k walk on the long hallways every day + stairs. I broke my foot in the summer and couldn't walk for 3 months, it was horrible! Gained over 5 pounds. But now back at it.
