@bruhaha007 I'm not necessarily looking for ways to get more protein, I get at least 180g a day, so I'm ok in that area. I'm just looking for snack food choices other than the ones I listed because I'm tired of eating the same things

I also eat light and fit yogurt for breakfast daily, so for me I wouldn't add it as a snack, but it is a great find. @bruhaha007 you know, I can't get with the texture of cottage cheese, just can't do it. And I already do protein bars, too

Myfitnesspal numbers are not exact, no measurement will be. It is safe to have an extra 200 calories at the end of the day, as in actuality you may not actually need those. If it were higher, like if you had 800 extra calories daily, that'd be more necessary to address.

Slow cooker cilantro lime chicken. I usually eat it with half a whole wheat tortilla, but can eat it by itself. It's delicious and easy to plan with because you can make a whole batch to prep with

@bbell1985 due to my birth control, I don't menstruate regularly (really at all) so I don't believe that has an effect. But based on your results, I feel solid, so thanks
