Thank you! I honestly committed to an entirely new lifestyle. I'm in the gym 6 days a week, three cardio and three strength training. I also track every single thing I eat and am focused on eating a high protein diet with minimal carbs. Not Keto really, but I try to stay under 100g carbs daily.

Definitely coffee. I used to get a medium caramel swirl hot coffee multiple times a week, and although I use Splenda and very little cream anyway, I found out that this was almost 300 calories! 300 calories of no nutritional value whatsoever. I looove their ice cream. Its creamy and tasty and doesnt taste "diet"-y at all imo. Ive tried the sea salt caramel and chocolate mocha chip flavors and have loved them both. I also had a coworker who tried the oatmeal cookie flavor and she said it was really good. Definitely part of my diet moving forward
