Welcome all new members, don't let the weekend set you back. Usually I'm so busy doing chores around the house or with my toddler, I completely forget about my goals or myself. Buying fast food & not exercising well this I'm squeezing in healthier meals & some exercise. What is your weekend like?

Thanks, I'm really not drinking enough water at all. Yesterday, I only got 36oz I'm suppose drink 88oz but also good know your limits as well.

Started off the weekend wrong, I felt as though I needed to relax from work & I went straight to food. I'm nervous to log in my food dairy :(
