I tend to keep my calories for lunch on the weekdays and breakfast on the weekends, but I meal prep, so I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat the rest of the day. It really doesn't matter, as long as you're still in a deficit.

I started at 160, just over the line into obesity range. My first goal was 125, which was my wedding weight, but now I'm resetting that goal to 115, right in the middle of my ideal weight range (according to BMI). Back then I was playing soccer and running track and this time I'm lifting weights, so I'm interested in…

Your body will retain ALL the water during ovulation, so don't sweat it. It usually drops off around TOM to a week after.

I don't keep snacks in the house. Even if I did, my husband would probably eat it first. Maybe it's the fact that I have a toddler to constantly run around behind, but I don't have much time to veg out and snack. At least I have my Halo Top.

Yep, deadly nightshade is natural.

My original goal weight was 125, my wedding weight. As I've lost though, I've pushed it down to 115, so if my weightlifting pushes me back up, it shouldn't push me out of a normal BMI.

I am a year postpartum, lost 18 lbs, and my scar is starting to peek out from under the apron.

I started at 1200 cals to lose 2lbs/wk at 30 BMI. I recently switched to 1lb/wk and was bumped up to 1330 cals. My current BMI is 26.7.

I want to look good for my husband. Of course he says he doesn't care what size I am, but he loves to show me off, and hates that I'm so camera shy because of my weight. Diabetes runs rampant in my family so I'm trying to stave that off. Finally, I want to show my son a healthy, energetic, strong mama.

This is what I do, but I highly suggest you get some lighter weights: http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-beginner-weight-training-workout-routine/ And of course, if you need to, you can substitute some routines with dumbbells; that's what I did with the bench press.

I'm doing a full body split with compound lifts, but according to earlier posts, maybe I should work on my pelvic floor too. Hubby wouldn't be happy to see anything fall out, LOL.

I really started working out about 2.5 weeks ago. All I have are some low-weight dumbbells, which is fine for me for now; I'm working on my form for exercises before trying to increase my weight. For cardio, I can walk around the block with my 11 month old in a stroller, and I can walk around work. I've lost 15 pounds with…

That's crazy. I'm eating that exact yogurt right now. I had the Cinnabun one last week. I'm glad I picked up all that yogurt at the grocery store, even if my husband thought I was insane, running back and forth going, "ooh, that looks good, ooh, I wanna try that!"

I'm a first time mom of a now 11-month old. I was around the same weight, but then I got up to 173 by delivery. After a lot of problems post partum (hypertension and severe edema), I'm losing the weight. If I can do this, so can you. You got this.

I just started lifting; am on week 3. You can add me too!

I work out at home and use dumbbells in my weight training. I can do almost everything I did in the gym with them.

That sucks. I liked his music.

I pick myself up and just remember that it's only one day.

I'm on 1200 without exercise. Breakfast is usually 2 vegetarian sausage patties and a Greek yogurt. Lunch is a sandwich, soup or 8 oz of a pre-made casserole with a measured serving of a salty snack if under 300 cals. Dinner is a salad or the casserole if I didn't eat it for lunch. This simple plan leaves room for a treat…

I'm a pescetarian and I know a whole lot of vegetarians. Lots of balanced meals can be made without meat.
