  • @Astraea05 - No. Each individual needs to sign up for a 30-day free trial. Which, as you know, those entail a credit card so they can start charging you after the 30 days. I pondered this and like the program well enough that I'm ok with this.
  • I used to follow various workouts on YouTube - easy to stream on computer/tv. Now I do Daily Burn. I can still do it at home without an audience. I've only been doing it since Feb. 20, but already lost 2#

  • I have a Fitbit Charge HR. I love it that it's more accurate in tracking calorie burn than either MFP or what my daily workout says. I also love that it tracks my in vs out calories. I use that over MFP too. Why, then, am I here? I love logging my food on MFP because it sync's with Fitbit easily
  • I have Six Week Six Pack of Jillian Michaels, I'm with some of the above posters that she has a modifier in her workouts I like. Some days I can do intermediate level, but other days I don't feel like working out but am anyway I'll follow the modifier.

  • I have a Charge HR too. What I do is push the little button on the side to start the timer immediately when I start working out and immediately when I finish. I found, in my opinion, that it gives me the most accurate calorie burn then later I'll edit it in the app or online.

  • I'd like to add both of you, but I'm new to the app and when I go to the "friends" tab all I get are the FB button, the email button, or refer friends link. :o Currently using free version, just downloaded the app the other night.
