I thought I could primarily use MFP for everything. I guess I was wrong because my steps aren’t syncing today. ☹️ If Fitbit would integrate recipe entry I’d quit using MFP all together.

I use mostly Fitbit. I use MFP to track food calories because it has a bigger data base and you can customize recipes. I used Fitbit to track my exercise calories, but at the end of the day I refer to Fitbit to see if I was in the red, green, or blue food calorie zone

Merry Christmas 🎄 I’m Casey. My MFP friends weren’t very motivating, so I decided to find a group like this to help keep me motivated. I do ok with exercise, I’m part of the online group Daily Burn. It’s my eating that needs work. I tried Noom, but shortly figured out that MFP was a better platform for me.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. It was a rest day Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. And, had 76 calories to spare Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

I made it past day one. I had chocolate milk to substitute. Still 150 calories +/-, but it still wasn't alcohol!! I find that as long as I'm drinking something, it doesn't necessarily have to be alcohol - sometimes it's water too. Chocolate Nestle Quick milk sounded really good though.
