Count me in! I although have a different story. I used to weigh almost 300lbs and lost 120. I got down to 175 and then got pregnant with my last baby. I gained 30lbs and still need to get the last 20 off and have been struggling. I could use all the help and motivation I can get.1

I’m ok with exercise, but need help with the eating part.1 -
I am in! I have been pretty consistent with my gym routine: spin class, weight lifting, a little bit of cardio here and there, but desperately need to be better about eating well 6/7 days of the week. Right now, it’s been maybe 3-4 days of the week of good eats.
Anyone can add me! I’m tying to log all my food, even if I go over in calories during the day.1 -

I’d like to join - I broke my ankle bad back last March and since learning to walk again I haven’t been to motivated to get moving. I started back on MFP 2 weeks ago and I’ve lost a few lbs but 15-20 would be amazing!0

I was away last week... weight up by over 2 lbs. Back to eating properly and in my calorie count. Weight down 2 lbs so far. Hopefully down another lb by Monday. Then I am back on track.1

Gone for a family weekend last weekend! Up 3 #! Kind of mad at myself. I just let go! What I learned is I need daily exercise. When out with the group eat half. Don’t get too tired. My limit is two drinks.
I am stocked for the week. Going out to walk now. And have a plan for when I am hungry and don’t want to eat much! Bone broth, gum, water and celery will be my go to snacks.

I'm interested! I gained 15 lbs this last year and need some motivation to lose again. I was on MFP about 7 years ago before having my kids and just rejoined.1

Your story sounds like mine. Lost 40 in 2012 with MFP. Gained it back plus some. Had biometrics done—complete eye opener. Then cancer cut into my plans times two in 2017. Back to health and ready to get my whole life back. Have more than 40 to lose, but it’s a start1
