  • YESS!!! i get this!!! if i over eat for a weekend with takeaways and junk late at night then i feel terrible the next day. tired, sluggish, yucky. Plenty of water, healthy food and exercise usually flushes it out
  • To have patience while training and wait for those results rather than give up because i dont see changes instantly!!!
  • I follow very simialar breakdown to you and ive been doing it for abut 2 weeks and been fine so far. As with you im working with a personal trainer who suggested this. daily calories are 1685 and thats 200g protein, 57g fat and the rest carbs (think its about 112g). She set this up after my main goal is simply to "shrink"…
  • I need to be shamed at the scales hahaha like the fear of knowing someone else is going to weigh me keeps me on the diet lol
  • I do SW and tend to keep a watchful eye on my calories as well. ive lost 11.5lb in 4 weeks :) good luck ladies
  • I have been doin SW and had struggled a few weeks with low losses etc and one day out of curiosity (and frustration) I put everything I ate in MFP -- I know I know, it shouldn't matter on SW what the calories are... anyway I totalled everythin - all free foods, my healthy extras all my syns and I was up at 1900 calories!!!…
