I have the same problem for years but thething that helps it is doing pilates and a massageri bought off amazon. It was only$26 but it helps settle the pain a bit and motrin helps also.

48lbs is a lot. I only lost19lbs in my 90 days but i also didn't really give up any foods just portion control.

Thanks for posting. U will get there again, u did it one time. BTW ur eyes are very pretty esp in the after pics.

How long did it take u to reach ur goal? Also how many calories were u on? My weight loss is very slow like 5lbs a month.
-
Hi. I dont know how to add friends. Could u add me?
-
How many calories do u eat daily? Do u do any exercise?
-
That seems average bc i have seen some girls even around 100lbs. The lowest I've ever been in my adult life was 130, so I'd love to get there again.
-
Wow, u look good. Thanks for posting. BTW I always lie about my height and say I'm 5 ft instead of4'11, but i mostly get caught.
-
I know but it seems like there aren't many shorties like us out there. Lol.
-
I second the patience, bc the weight will come down u just have to give it time. This is the hardest bc we wants results fast but we didn't gain the weight fast either.
-
Wow. Just wow. Amazing.

Congrats on your progress. I know what u mean about ur husband. I'm 4 '11 and my husband is 5'10 and has a very physical job so he can eat. Most of my weight gain was eating like him, now i know better. Lol.

Ok. Im not sure if this was covered or is a dumb question but I'll ask anyways. I'm in the obese category, 4'11 179lbs, so if i lift will that help me lose weight ore should i lose weight first and then tone up? Also should i consult a trainer at gym for this, bc never really lifted weights before as exercise.

Thanks. Probably might try different workout video.

You could have asked for more information if needed for ur answer, but thanks for the chart.

Yes the basic 20 min one.

It is recommended to drink half of ur weight in oz so for u It would be 121 oz. More if ur thirsty but too much water isn't good also.
-
I tried it and lost10lbs, but had to discontinue bc of very bad headaches.

I have the same problem. I lost10lbs and then added exercise and my weight went up 1 lb. I got so mad that it didn't show on scale.
-

I can relate with u on the depression which got me to my heaviest of209 and I'm only 4' 11. Im now down to179. With the depression i didn't know how and when i got so heavy. Also my son is7 and the reason i started it's bc i don't want to embarrass him either. My sis in law told me her11 year old son didn't want her to go…

Yes, i have been on meds for about 6 years and most off my weight gain was after the meds. I tried a lot from zoloft, celexa, lexapro, prozac, effexor, and now cymbalta. I have depression and anxiety. Lexapro worked best but made me gain70lbs, got off that and lost weight went back on it 2years later and gain again. Now…

When ur a stay at home mom, its difficult to get even few mins to urself. Everything and everone in house comes before u and still everyone feels like ur not doing enough. I've been a sahm for7years and believe me there always more work pending, and taking care of urself seems selfish even though it's not.
