I'm a pakistani, living in the states. I have lost 61lbs so far. I went from 201 to 140, and I'm 4'11. It took me close to a year bc I went very slow and didn't really add any exercise except house work.

I'm 4'11 and exactly 150lb. I got down from 201 but now its not working for me anymore. Can you give me some advice on what u did? Which exercise? How many calories?

Ok, so I have tried a lot of medications for depression. I had post partum in 2010, 2014, and 2018. Never went off medications except during pregnancy, I took Buspar. The one that helped with my weight loss was Cymbalta. Next in line would be Prozac but I got an allergic reaction after a couple of months on it. Paxil,…

I'm 4'11 and my highest was 201. I'm currently at 192. I'm lowest before my kids was 130. U never gone too far if u realize and want to make a difference.

When I counted and noticed that im taking about 14 pills a day. I can't stop taking pills for my lupus and migraine but I can eliminate others by managing my weight.

Just stayedbetween these calories, mostly ate anything that fit into these calories. Took about10months. And lots of water

Just calorie counting. No exercise, stayed between 1200 to 1300 calories.

Actually, Panera soup and sandwich aren't that many calories. If u do the u pick 2option.

Coffee and the premier protein drinks. Those have30g protein and only160 calories. Or u could try greek yogurt with a glass of water.

Wow. Good work. I know how u feel bc I'm4'11 and my weight after the two pregnancies was always between175lbs to 210lbs too. Now I'm168and working towards130. I don't really exercise either just calorie counting. Add me as friend if u like.
