Holy crap! Amazing!

I think that's pretty common. Sometimes "healthier" versions are more calorie dense.

Awesome! Our gym is 13+ and I plan on taking my kids then. We will hit some iron! :)

This is what you are eating? Fill out mfp accurately and eat what mfp tells you to eat, not less. Use a food scale and accurate food entries.

Not very much because I find 1200 to be very unsustainable.

Here are my questions: What does a healthy weight mean? I'm 5' 3 3/4" (heh heh) and 154#. I'm happy at this weight. I'm not super concerned with what my weight is. It is in the "overweight" BMI category. I don't know my body fat but it's over 25, for sure. Maybe over 30. I'm honestly pretty tired of dieting, despite taking…

Welcome back. What could you do this time around to make you stick around?
-
Good goals!

Fill out mfp accurately. Eat what it tells you to eat, not less. Find exercise you enjoy, and eat at least half of those calories. Use a food scale. Be patient!

Really? I have never had any problems. Their peanut butter Cheerios are amazing and for 1.77 a box? A steal.

Welcome. Feel free to add me

Welcome and congrats on the baby. Be sure to give yourself time after the baby comes. Many people create a ~500 calorie exercise called breastfeeding and eat back those exercise calories. Some people set to maintain and have their breastfeeding be their deficit. I suggest eating enough and establishing supply first. Then…

I've been around for a while but feel free to add me

Treat meal all the way. TREAT yo'self!

How often are you weighing? I suggest using a trend app. Your weight could go up for many reasons. Are you using a food scale?
-
Holy crap. I need this. Curious on pricing. I just can't spring $6/a pint especially the way my hubby eats it.
-
Use a Food scale!!
-
I'm not but I support you. Hope you find some friends in a similar position.
-
I'd drop to 1 pound. Most suggest for the last 10 dropping to .5
-
So the scale is showing it. With 10 pounds to lose you should aim for .5 pounds lost per week, and you are actually more than that. Use a food scale for accuracy. Eat at least some of your exercise calories, if not all.
-
I would. I would be even and then boom 2 pounds. Repeat.

I agree with recomp. A belly pooch is normal. You can notice it on many women. I was just watching Lea year and Amy Adams has it. Didn't detract from my enjoyment of the movie or change my opinion about her (she's fab!)
-
I agree, choose 1 pound for maybe the first 5, then .5. or just choose .5. eat back your exercise calories!

A 250 calorie deficit from December to end of march. A 500 calorie deficit from April through now. I am hoping to continue like this through the summer and increase (maybe even move to recomp) after labor day. I can't manage a larger deficit during the school year.

I know how to deadlift (that's my problem I keep running into), I hit 250# for 4 at my max last year. But now I can't lift 155# without hurting myself. Not extreme as it's definitely better within 2 days.

Ah, I have made a new profile in the past. But even now, that one twix egg I eat at Easter once shows up as number 1 when I search egg. The chicken egg, I eat daily, is at the bottom. .that being said, once you start entering new foods they should come up in recent.
