Could just be your internal organs! It's totally natural and healthy for a woman to have fat stores there to maintain proper hormonal/reproductive health. not having a pooch there would be more of a concern than having it! Just means your body is working and healthy.

I am eating much more than before and I am unsure about protein since I am trying to not count calories.

I am going to see a counselor soon to address my relationship with food and exercise. Who knows- they might refer me to a medical doctor. Until then, I'm just trying to fix this on my own as best I can!
