  • Me!!
  • I thought of ric flair first thing when I first noticed that!
  • There's a happy face above the woo so that's gotta be a good sign of a woo lol
  • Couple times a week wouldn't be bad all in moderation. If someone uses it daily or like in bulletproof coffee a lot then obviously it'll have negative effects down the road. Healthy or not too much of a good thing isn't always great!
  • I like to have a protein shake and either oatmeal or eggs before workouts sometimes if time is short it's usually just protein shake then after a workout I'll have Bcaa's and something to eat
  • You look awesome! Show off your hard work done in the suit! look very cute
  • Trade it for diet because it taste different and hopefully make you drink less, it worked for me. And drink hot tea like salada brand those are pretty fruity. Even flavored water helps!
  • Sorry to hear :( Have you had recent testing since then? Sounds like something is off with hormones most likely. Thyroid levels could have changed..
  • So far I've only tried blueberry muffin and those are pretty good. Target also carries quest bars now!
  • Cereals, pasta, breads, seafood, poultry, dark leafy greens, beans and some dried fruit
  • I definitely wouldn't follow a weight gain diet while pregnant. Too much weight gain at once will do more harm than good while pregnant. Just follow the guidelines during pregnancy with the extra calories in each trimester. Dietitian would be best as drs and ob aren't trained in that field to give you plans on what to eat…
  • I stopped cold turkey the first day after I had to have pain reliever for headaches. But it was worth it and I lost a few pounds. The only time I make caffeine useful now is for my workouts with preworkouts. If you struggle with it that bad cut back slowly and use diet dew it tastes nasty but it'll help cut back and at the…
  • It's ok I'm sure there's much better ones around
  • Even I have cellulite at age 23 and 114lbs. Gaining and losing weight can make it noticeable. You can't get rid of it but you can reduce the appearance with exercise. Genetics can play a role and puberty. More women have it than you think!
  • C9 at target look decent with sports bras I get their pants and workout tops and it's comfy with good quality. Usually they have a sale or clearance rack even with no sale the prices aren't bad
  • It's ok for a trainer to go up to you once in a while when working out but what you're saying sounds like harassing now. Guy trainers like to flirt sometimes because he knows he can get more women clients I've seen it before. Trainers have to go by code of ethics. I'd definitely file a complaint! Members should go to…
  • Most likely it'll be all around fruit, veggies, beans, cereals, some lean meat. Doctors don't really tell you what you need to do for nutrition because of their medical field but they should be able to refer you to a dietitian. Good luck!
  • Add protein powder to things drinks, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, recipes. Other protein sources that are good are Lean meat, beans, eggs, quinoa, seeds-flax, pumpkin, chia, fish, cottage cheese, almonds, jerky, chickpeas, etc.. just to name a few
  • I'd focus on diet your workout plan sounds great! Reducing alcohol would be a great start and go for the useful kind with antioxidants like dark beer or red wine, light beer should be fine too since they have less calories. For coffee that shouldn't really be bad unless you're overboard on it and adding a bunch of stuff. A…
  • Almost no scale is accurate. A lot can be set different. I do prefer nondigital scales. It's from clothes, water weight and extra sodium than usual can bring water weight and bloat..etc. It depends how often you weigh yourself too. Weekly is ideal for weight loss. Even going to the restroom can make it change. Start…
  • Both of my pregnancies were around 15lbs gain. Nursing helped lose baby weight faster. Gaining and losing weight varies on metabolism, genetics, medical conditions, what your food intake is like and how active you are.
  • The gluten free bagged pasta is awesome it's made of quinoa and brown rice. They have a great fruit and veggies selection too!
  • It can get crazy with kiddos. I have 2, oldest will be 3 years old and a 10 month old baby. I workout at home since no access to gyms at the moment but with planning, multitasking, and a routine you can work your way around it!! My starting pregnancy weight was 115lbs and at 9 months I got to 130lbs labor was super quick…
  • They can be handy when you're short on time but it's not worth it to me. Lean cuisine has good selections even those aren't the greatest. It's better cooking big portions at once and separate to freeze. Just focus on the nutrition labels as they can be loaded with sodium and sugars. Packing your own salads can be a great…
  • http://www.livestrong.com/article/118775-brands-mercuryfree-fish-oil/ this should help put your mind at ease. If you don't eat seafood or get enough in your diet then fish oil can be beneficial. Glucosamine is great for joints. Calcium and vitamin c,d. Be consistent with multivitamins. When I was pregnant and nursing I…
  • I'm so sorry to hear that :( that's terrible.. I'm hopeful your spouse will follow your fitness journey! Don't let him bring you down it's for your health and well being, do it for you! Best of luck with your fitness goals and keep us posted! :)
  • Marriage is teamwork he shouldn't need to worry about what other people think and glancing. As long as there is commitment with both sides in marriage. He should understand you have goals to hit and want to feel better. People will look but that doesn't mean youre going to pay attention to everyone that looks. It'll take…
  • Could be some insecurities on him. You need to give yourself an amount of time for the day to workout. If he works and does errands plan your workouts during those hours or when he's sleeping. Do what makes it convenient for you and never make it feel like he's stopping you. You can work your way around it and through it.…
  • Only you own your body and mind! When that person sees progress of you in person and see how much better you feel your spouse will eventually come around. It is hard on some days when it feels like that person is bringing you down. Someone has an image of me looking like a skinny model I say no thanks I want muscular…
