Thank you! MFP says 1470 calories per day to lose a pound a week. Rolling with that number. Hopefully, it's what will get the weight off. Eating too few calories at 1200 I guess! Thanks for your help!!!

Not on nor have I ever used Herbalife BUT I love shakes. I'd rather drink a meal than eat a meal. I'm still disappointed life is not like the Jetsons! Pop a pill, meal is over!
