Best suggestion on a website for weight loss/calories
Asking the experts! Which is the best website which gives you info on how many calories should I be eating? Is there a calculator here in MFP? I may be missing it! When I google and go to 5 different sites, each site says a different number. I'm 5'2" Weight: 150 Goal weight: 125 Activity: moderate Any advice?

Grams of sugar per day?
MFP had me at 50gm of sugar per day. I was easily able to stay under. Second guessing, I googled the amount of sugar per day recommendation for women. Came across 25gm recommended per day. I am never able to stay under 25gms per day. Never. What do ya all shoot for per day?
