Hi! Add me. :) I find that I was binge eating because I was eating too few calories, which lead to weight gain. I am now trying to exercise, eat a comfrotable amount of calories and work on a better body image. I am always looking for friends with open food diarys.

I found that I am retaining water AND was eating too few calories, sleeping too few hours and all of that added to bloating issues and weight gain. Do you have an open diary? Friend me and I can help support you.

This has been a balencing act for me. My career is so very demanding and draining, that I make it a point to disconnect from work the minute I leave. Yes, I love the early morning workouts! The gym is not super packed at that time, so you are able to use any and all weights or machines.

I totally understand this! If I were you, I would keep the breakfasts and dinners light and in your "somewhat normal" eating routine but allow lunches to be your free vacation meal. :) Stay active (swimming burns a TON of calories) and enjoy your time. You can get back to the MFP routine soon enough

I will add you! Just stay active, eat clean and enjoy the ride! :) You will be at your goal weight in due time, but don't be too hard on yourself if you lose some motivation here and there. I have to remind myself that fitness and health is a life long journey

I would say take really easy for a few months! I overdid it after my surgery and my body has yet to fully recover.
