Walking is definitely the best exercise. It can be indoor also at times. Many times wen i watching tv, i start walking. try to target 6k steps daily atleast. and ofcourse outdoor walk for 30-45 mins would be jus perfect. I had a meniscus tear in my rite knee.. due to pain, wasn't exercising and jus putting on weight (mindless eating).. now dat i eat consciously and do yoga, i can walk comfortably and weight loss did ease my knee pain. I have pain on n off but i feel a lot healthier due to healthy weight.

How abt using just plain yoghurt n some fruit like pinneaple or mango or strawberry. . Just 1/2 cup of whole milk yoghurt n some water. Makes an awesome glass of deliciousness. Mango in markets so I occasionally enjoy mango smoothie des days. Add some spinach if u want some greens.

dis marinade wrks superb with mushroom n paneer (type of fresh cheese) as well. Jus add some oil n adjust d cooking time.
