Chicken,garlic, pesto, pasta. Fry chicken, boil pasta, 2 spoonfuls of pesto, 1 of garlic into the chicken, add in the pasta, split into tupperwear,boom easy extremely filling lunch!. My favourite at the moment. Or two Warburtons 120 cal bagels filled with ham, sprinkle of cheese and lighter than light mayo.

Ah ok I see, so for a 112g serving I just divide the 20.6 g of Protein by 12 and add that onto the 100g so essentially it has 22.3g of protein per serving? I'm screenshotting this conversation for future reference! :D

Being a student and working part-time I find this difficult as well. My main tip is prep all your lunches on a Sunday night until the following friday. Most things will keep for that long. Yeah I think that first part is dragging me down a lot. It's the fact he's so secretive and claims he eats what he wants which is frustrating, instead of sharing tips etc. I have a food scale and I weigh everything, even chicken breasts.
