  • Do you have an IPhone? If so, sharing recipes is easy. Once you enter the recipe into your diary, you’ll see a small square with an upward pointing arrow - click on that and it will open an instant message box. Send it to whoever and then they can import it into MVP.
  • Heck yeah but new (to you if needed) clothes - you've earned it. I suggest Poshmark (online app) - good condition clothes and you can find great deals. Plus you can sell them back as you lose more weight. Poshmark & Goodwill have been a lifesaver. My husband and I both lost 40 lbs and needed new everything.
  • Poshmark. Also good for temp clothes while you're working on losing more. You can also sell all of your old clothes that no longer fit.

  • Also make sure you're drinking enough water on the weekends. I tend to be super busy on the weekends and forget to drink water and it shows up on the scale.
  • For breakfast try finding some GOOD natural bread. I love Daves Killer Bread.. make sure to freeze what you won't eat in a week as it has no preservatives so it will go bad quick.. Anyways toast up a pc of that delish bread and have 2 tbsp of a healthy, natural peanut butter1/2 a banana and drizzle a bit of honey on top.…

  • I've had dreams that I won't even know myself once I get to my goal weight. Like I look in the mirror and I'm like "who IS that?" I worry that I'm getting vain - cause yeah I sure cannot pass by a mirror or window w/o checking me out...lol
