None. It is done by fat loss.4

A clean diet and losing the body fat through diet and exercise. We've all got abs, they're just hidden under that stomach fat. There's plenty of exercises that will work your core muscles but nothing out there will give you a flat stomach until you've leaned your body fat down low enough.2

Setting down your fork and walking away. It's the only exercise for a flat stomach, since spot reducing doesn't work.2

Fork put downs and table push aways.
You lose fat by calorie deficit. Where it comes off is determined by your genetics. You can't spot reduce/choose where you lose fat from, and no food, supplement or exercise will change that.5 -
Weight loss and planks.0

Compound weight lifting is all you need to do in terms of "exercise." Fat loss will allow the ab development achieved in that way become visible.0

I've always liked my stomach, even in heavier times, because of my Pilates practice. I hope that helps.0

Fat loss is the first key as mentioned above.
If you would like to increase your muscle tone I would recommend the following exercises:
Abs/Obliques (front of your core):
Lying leg raises
Hanging leg raises
Planks
Swiss ball crunches
Lower back region (back of your core):
Reverse hyperextensions
Back extensions
Front squats
Google any exercises you are not familiar with!2
