Im late but definitely wanna add this to my to do list I average 15 to 20000 steps a day so I would like to move past that. My goal for the month is to hit 125,000 steps 5/01 25,494 steps 5/02 17,999

Wow well maybe this will help me stick with running instead of pushing it off for another day. I would be thrilled to do 60 miles for the month. Been a very long time since i have ran regularly so hopefully I can get back to it

Oh this is perfect I just was telling the girls at work I wanted to start doing yoga in the am and before bed.So maybe 15-20 in the am and 15-20 before bed! A new healthy goal for myself!
