Hi! I am so interested in hooping and want to get started but I don't know where to begin. What kind of hoop should I get and where do I get it? What kind of hoop should I get to maximize my workout? Thanks!

I know personally my proteins consist of beans, mushrooms and I also buy vegan meats which are loaded with protein.
