Hi! I am so interested in hooping and want to get started but I don't know where to begin.

What kind of hoop should I get and where do I get it?
What kind of hoop should I get to maximize my workout?

I just started too, @Namasayyy - I bought a 3# weighted hoop at Meijer (Walmart, Target, etc). There are YouTube videos out there too.

This is the hoop I have. It is perfectly weighted for fitness, and perfect adult size. I tried a hoop bought at local sporting goods store, but it was too heavy and bruised me too much.

i just got my hoop in the mail! it's a dance hoop that adjusts size.
