Yes because I look better naked now than I did 6 weeks ago. And I fit into my pants better. I weighed myself right before I posted and maybe I had some water weight but I've defiantly gotten smaller. Idk why everyone is trying to drag a sista down lol

lol I gained muscle not fat! That's what I was trying to do. But yea I post an update usually once a month so get used to it. Be back in a month!

I run about 4 miles everyday and 6 miles about 2 days a week followed by the plank for 3 mins. I sprint on and off for the last mile. I have bad knees so I stretch before every run. I sometimes will find a big hill and park at the top then run down so I have to go back up.

Hey everyone! Honestly the scale is so misleading! I've been 168 before and not as toned (looked heavier) and I'm 168 while toned (look not as heavy) F what the scale says. If you look in the mirror and like what you see job well done. That should be enough satisfaction:)

No I don't do cal counting I eat when I'm hungry and I don't eat past 8pm I used to snack till 12 am it was a bad habit. And I run 6 miles 3 days a week and 3 to 4 miles the rest of the week. I do 3 min plank everyday and I lift 20 pound weights 2 sets of 20. I also do 100 jumps of jump rope everyday. And I limit my couch…

I started working out more and it helped with my cravings. I also hung up pictures of how I used to look by my fridge and threw out all of my sauces like ketchup and mayo ranch etc. you can be snacking on something healthy and those things just add so many calories without you even realizing it

Dang nice job! Yes when I first started running my lower back had the worst pain due to being overweight it was horrible at first. And honestly I got motivated because I just wasn't happy at all. If you don't like what you see... change it and that's what I did lol

Haha I know I know I'm a sunless tanner going tanning is like asking for wrinkles. I love my white skin. You think what some random says is going to effect me in anyway... NEGATIVE. Haha

Just keep busy even if it mean doing extra chores around the house it'll make it so u don't sit and snack as much! And when you are craving something sweet just go to the store and buy one piece of taffy or something sweet but low in calorie. Don't keep fatty foods in the house
