I decided on 2-3 tbsp of 10% cream, nothing else. I used 35% cream before but used up too many calories. I also did BPC but too many calories. Dinner needed to be small.

I'm nerdy and life in accounting so love balancing numbers. LOL I figured it out. I reach protein fast so need fat/carb foods like fried zucchini. Have to find foods after I max out on protein that has fat and carbs but no protein. I know I don't have to be so precise but I have the time and I want to.
