  • I train BJJ 3 times a week in Gi, once a week No Gi and as many open mats as I can get to so usually works out I'm rolling 12 rounds a week which I love! I started training in November and totally bitten with the bug. I am entering my first competition 23/4 so at the moment I am as nervous as I am excited. Oss!!
