  • Yeah, idk I guess tracking macros again is the answer but that's just not healthy to me to go back to, for me it leads to obsessing and choosing lower calorie foods over real Whole Foods but I guess you can't beat the science of it
  • Yes, I train full body 2x a week and a little on my 1x cross training day. I know I can drop some more fat but I'm not looking for abs or anything right now plus I have to seriously drop my calories to lost fat and that's not the best idea when running long distances
  • Yes, I will be strength training 2 times a week (one upper body, one lower body) but I'm used to doing it 6x a week so that's where I'm "worried"
  • I've found that the key to losing weight, mainting weight and just following a healthy lifestyle is balance. Eating a piece of cake isn't going to make you gain weight just like eating a piece of broccoli won't make you lose weight. Plus this could lead to bad relationships with food...cake isn't a "bad" food..it's higher…
  • So should I make sure I'm hitting my calorie goal even if it shows my macros being off?
