Hi Everyone! I started the 16:8 today, my feeding window between 11am-7pm. Since I won't be having breakfast, does anyone know if it is okay to have coffee or tea?

I loved my Pepsi! but I found that the best thing for me was to just give it all up. No diet soda, no seltzer, no juice. Nothing but water. It's been about 5 months and I have not had soda.
