I just had this issue today, and I fixed it just now. Is it possible that you have more than one MyFitnessPal account? Maybe one in the past? Under a different email? If so, you must completely delete that old MyFitnessPal account, revoke access in FitBit under settings>applications, and try connecting it all again. I was…
