  • I've joined my first challenge group starting in 2.days - Fat2Fit. I hear good things about these challenge groups. I'll see. I'm down 52 pounds since January, but starting to slow my loss. I'm down to 2 pounds/week. I'm hoping this challenge will help me get back to 4-5 pounds/week. The Fitbit is helping, though.

  • My daughter just made Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookies - I had 1. 120 calories. I won't do that again until June. Otherwise, it's cheesy, salty, crunchy for me - Lays sour cream and cheddar chips!
  • Lays Sour Cream and Cheddar chips - 2 weeks ago. Smart Food popcorn! I buy the 100 calorie individual serving size bag. I allow myself 1 bag at work every other day. I will celebrate Friday tomorrow with a bag at 3!
