I'm new to the forum, but been losing since January. Part of a UPenn weight loss and behavioral study. I'm down 27.6 lbs on the way to drop 90. I'm married and my wife will be checking my conversations, but I would still like to buddy up with other "losers". I'm hoping to get a Fitbit Misfit this weekend.
I just plugged it in for the initial charge. Can't wait to see how inactive I really am - so I can start turning this ship around. I walked for an hour with the kids today - to doctor appointments.
