I'm thinking of doing it too, but I do say it sounds pretty scary at first. I think I might slide into it slowly by taking down my carbs a notch each week and upping the fat, and see how that goes. For the moment I'm still researching and thinking about it :)

So many people saying pizza :o Sorry folks but I must be the only person in the world who doesn't like pizza hahaha... mine is chicken alfredo pasta, at least 2 plates of it, used to be 3, but I'm reasonable now o:)

Hello Tony, its my ordinary bike fixed to a thingy so that I can pedal inside, it's not one of those things that you see in gyms. I would rather have a treadmill lol, I'm much better at walking than pedalling, but anyway, I'm sticking to it and I WILL get to 20 mins :)
