  • @TheCupcakeCounter , Barb around here running is usually done these days as the sun comes up. I think that's the part I dislike the most. Not a morning person, especially since retirement, so getting up early to run because of the heat, not my favorite. It's 7am here and I've already done my 5 miles for today.

  • As of yesterday, I am at 100 miles for this challenge. My weekly miles will most likely increase, as my daughter and granddaughter have convinced me to register for a Road Racers (five different 5K races) to be run from May 27 to August 6. YIKES!!!
  • After being on the road all weekend, small loss, but I'll take it. Down only half a pound this week to 210.

  • I was in the car for 6 hours from 5 am to 11 am (non-eating time) Did the best I could, drank ALOT; but gave into boredom (I'm by myself) so I ate some honeydew and some cherry tomatoes to keep me from eating the "bad stuff".   • I was really struggling, but am feeling really positive this week with your new IF challenge. This might be the one thing that really helps me. I am truly excited to move forward now. Thanks for this challenge and giving me focus.
  • It is really helping me @kayjosh2422 . Other than "clock watching", it doesn't seem too hard for me. It's helping me get control again. I am on the road Friday thru Sunday, so we will see how I can make this work while traveling by car (which is a signal for me to snack). Wish me luck.

  • I'm in @kayjosh2422 . I've always said, my stomach doesn't wake up and want to eat until about 11am, so your noon to 8pm schedule works perfectly for me. I'm definitely going to try this. I've heard about the IF theory, but not tried to specifically try it. Let's do this together.
