What would be a calorie deficit for me tho how do I find that out? so your saying if i stick to my 2320 calories a day and my 300 calories exercise and are usually around 500 under i shall carry on losing weight the same speed, also how do i know im calorie deficit?

I dont have a exact reason to start ketogenic I knew it was that dont why i put it in capitals lol, Just feel like i will lose a lot of weight a lot faster as you are using fat instead of carbs
