  • Sucking up all the motivation posted here as injury has me kind of down. Going to head out for a walk to see what I can go on this 10,000 steps a day goal. Also trying the ticker fun everyone is posting.
  • Trying for a day two streak! Logging the food. Was way under yesterday as usual the scale never changes. Will keep at this but and would like at least a little tiny change!
  • Just logged the rest of my food and checking in. Was so happy to see at the top of my page the banner " One day streak! " See ya tomorrow! Ginny in The Villages.
  • Spinach, green apple and Keifer milk. Love using celery, carrots, ginger root, banana, kale, frozen berries, etc to change it up! I try to keep the fruit down to a minimum and up the veggies. Have fun!
  • Okay, I am in. Healing a back injury and feel that I need to start walking again. So will give it a go! Happy March 1st!
