I’d love to join. My goal is 100 miles. Tracked by my Fitbit steps. My Fitbit was missing for the first few days of the month but will start updating ASAP. Good luck everyone!

I’m in! 10 days post c section; so steps are the only workout I can do this month. I think I’m going to do a monthly goal instead of daily. Goal:150,000

Hey ladies. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and a sahm to my 3 year old. Would love to make some friends on here that are also pregnant or with young kids. I had lost 20lbs before finding out I was pregnant and at my last appt I was up 10lbs. So far this pregnancy has been my healthiest by far and I want to continue that. :)
-
I am. I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and starting to use mpf again. I've been searching and haven't found many people that are pregnant on here. Maybe everyone just keeps quiet? Are you working out or just tracking food? I'm walking, trying to get back into yoga and now trying to track all my foods. I would love to talk with…

Joined...I think

I'm starting this again (today was spent walking in the sun all day) and would love to join you guys.

It's a workout video by Jillian Michaels called The 30 Day Shred. It's a 3 level circuit workout done in 30 second -1 minute intervals of cardio, strength training and abs. Generally done with each level done in 10 day increments.

@diannethegeek thanks!! That helps a bunch! There's so many things I can't eat that having a list like that is great!
-
Thanks guys. I'm trying to do this the right way and that can be confusing. @atjays that's a good suggestion I'll see what I can adjust. :) @rileysowner Yes I am. I've lost about 95 lbs in 17ish months. But 50lbs was waterweight and my baby. I lost that in the 2 weeks after her birth. The rest has been a struggle.

I'm currently at around 1200-1400 calories. But I don't count my macro/micronutrients. Im finding it more important to actually eat and change an eating disorder mentality. While it would be good for most people, I found when I tried I was so overwhelmed I started back down that path so currently I just do general…

Hi. I'm interested in being your accountability partner if you're interested and still looking for one. I'm a 26 year old female. I have 60+ pounds to loose and until the last few weeks have had some serious motivation issues. So this would be perfect for me :) If you're interested let me know!
-
Total so far: 267 (walking only). I think I'm only going to post every few weeks/ once a month. Good luck everyone!
-
50:09!! I made my goal! This is extremely satisfying to post and say.
-
43:56 done for the month. Just over 6 minutes left for my personal goal. I beat a "small" goal I set for myself by completing 7+ minutes of planks total for 1 day. The most I've done previously was 5. I won't hit the 60 like most people (or more) but I'm really proud of the hard work and goals I've met. And I will be doing…

Level 1 day 1 done...ish. I could only do 11:30 of it after doing my other workouts. My little girl decided I was her jungle gym and that I needed a 25lb weight today.❤ My legs and abs gave out tonight. At least I started. The last few times I've started this (and never finished) I had the same issues for the first few…

Today was awesome! I managed to do a straight arm plank for 2:03. This is a full 30 seconds better than the best time I had yesterday. * It was a personal goal to hold a plank for 2 minutes and I did it. Total done: 23:07. Total left: 26:53

Hi there! I'd love to join you! I've been planning to start this again, so this is perfect. It's the motivation part that always gets me with this specific DVD. I'll have a new photo to post tomorrow. :)
-
Personal best- 1:32 straight arm. I'm extremely excited about tonight- I had to fight but I'm proud of myself. I guess my practice with a 20+ lb baby climbing on me helped. :) Total for month: 19mins.
-
3:39 minutes today for an overall total of 12:30 total. My abs are sore but I feel incredibly strong.
-
I would love to join. I'm currently working on a personal and long-term challenge that will work perfectly with this. I'm doing the walk to Rivendell (total geek over here). 2017 total: 143 miles
-
Total now is 6 minutes even. 44 mins to go for my personal goal. Since starting a few weeks ago (only planks) I have lost 15 lbs and now fit into clothes that are 4 years too small!!!

Hello. Congratulations at starting a healthy way to changing your body. I'm also trying to change the way that I see myself and weight loss. I have had my own battles with anorexia and bulimia. For the last 15 years actually. I managed to get over my anorexia but still struggle with bulimia; especially after the birth of…
